Lasso Alumni Association

Hey All You Mustang fans,
Stand Up and Clap Your Hands…

Read Lassos Alive! in the

Thomas Jefferson High School is as majestic and lovely as it was in the 1930’s. Unfortunately, some things have changed. The financial burden of becoming a Lasso practically destroyed the organization.

The Lasso Alumni Association has formed to help keep the Lasso traditions alive and well. Keeping the Lassos in their traditional uniform proved to be an accomplishable goal. The association raised money in 2007 and purchased this year’s uniforms. We can all be proud when we see the Lassos march in parades or perform at the rodeo.

The Lasso Organization now owns the uniforms and will keep them in storage for next year’s Lassos. The Alumni Association hopes to purchase new uniforms and boots as needed.

The Lasso Alumni Association membership drive is our main fundraiser. Please become a member and if possible make an extra donation. Help your Lassos and in doing so you will be helping your old school and your old neighborhood.
